We've taken care with what appears on this website. Photography, plan details, specifications and prices shown are indicative only. Actual deliverables, pricing and timelines on your project are agreed in your written contract with us.

Your enquiry

Sending us an enquiry or requesting a site evaluation does not create a contract between us. A binding relationship is only formed once you and Ashcroft sign a written engagement.

Intellectual property

The copy, photography, house plans, logos and branding on this site are owned by Ashcroft Homes or licensed to us. Please don't reproduce them without our written permission.

We link to third-party sites (including our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles) for convenience. We're not responsible for the content of those sites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on general website content. Project-specific advice is given in writing during your engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. The Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act apply where relevant.
