Start earlier than the build
Most projects that go sideways do so before the first contractor is on site. We engage at feasibility — not as an upsell, but because it's where our work actually starts.
Keep the pricing visible
Open-book means what it sounds like: every cost is visible, every margin is known, nothing is buried. It's the only model that survives a year of delivery without damaging the relationship.
One team, the whole way
