How plans are adapted

A plan is a starting point, not a straitjacket.

The reason our plans work is that they've been built dozens of times — we know the layouts are sound, the spec is right, and the pricing is honest. That means the energy goes into the choices that actually matter for your home: orientation, finishes, kitchen decisions, the one or two tweaks that make it feel like yours.

Bringing your own brief

Have your own design? We build those too.

You don't need to use an Ashcroft plan to build with Ashcroft. If you've engaged an architect, or you already have drawings, we'll price the build open-book and run the same process — feasibility, consent, construction, handover. The plan is yours; the team and the process are ours.
