This page explains how Ashcroft Homes collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us — whether through our website, our enquiry form, a site evaluation, a seminar, or the course of a project.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email, project address, and what you write in the enquiry form or tell us in person. If we work on your project, we'll also hold the contract documents, plans, consents, photographs, correspondence and financial records relating to that project.

Who we share it with
Only the people who need it. On a live project, this typically means our design and build team, our subcontractors, our suppliers, and the consultants (planners, surveyors, engineers, Council officers) involved in your project. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it for marketing purposes outside of Ashcroft.
How we store it
In secured systems — our email, cloud storage and project-management tools — protected by access controls and kept for as long as we need to deliver the project and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Email or call the studio on 09 377 5885 and we'll walk you through it.
Cookies and the website
Our website uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality. We don't run intrusive tracking, and we don't sell data to advertisers.
