Is the site evaluation actually free?
Yes. We come to your section, walk it with you, and give you an honest read — usually in about an hour. There's no cost, and no commitment to continue.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within the week, depending on where in Auckland you are. We'll come back to you within one working day of your enquiry.
Do I need to know what I want to build?
Not at all. Most of the owners we meet are at the "I'm wondering" stage, not the "I've decided" stage. Coming in earlier is usually better than later.
When is the next property development seminar?
We run these regularly in Auckland. Tell us in the enquiry form and we'll let you know when the next one is scheduled — including the venue and what it covers.
